An advance payment of 50% is required to secure the booking, due 7 days prior to arrival and payment in full is required at check-in.
The rates indicated are subject to prevailing tax rates and to any changes resulting from a change of law or regulations in the destination.

In the event of no-show or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, any payments made will be forfeited.

Children up to the age of 5, if sharing parent’s bed, will be on a free of charge basis
Children aged between 5-11 will be charged $7 supplement charge per night
Children above the age of 12 are considered adults and will be charged a full triple occupancy rate. 

Not all rooms can accommodate triple occupancy. Please contact us for custom rates or to learn more.

Preferences and special requests cannot be guaranteed. Special accommodation requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Non-menu items and custom meal or food requests may incur additional charges. Add-ons such as guided tours or cooking classes are subject to availability. Prepayments for special requests will be fully refunded if they cannot be fulfilled.
